Borate Treatment #
Borate Treatment under home: Termite, PPB, Old House Borer, etc. 65.0 – 75.0 cents per sq. ft. $900 minimum.
Fumigation #
Fumigation: Varies by area, pest type, and difficulty. Get accurate cubic footage and many pictures. MGT will help quote and get a house call to verify.
Antique Fumigation: done at BR Arrow Location. Not responsible for transportation. $350 minimum + $100 for each added piece.
Term Particle Barrier #
Term Particle Barrier: $125 per stucco column in the ground. Trench out around the column. Apply Taurus. Place Rock Barrier. $30 per LF. Includes landscape edging and rodding area with Taurus SC.
Borate Windows #
Borate Windows: $125 for a single pane window. $175 for a double pane window. Use moisture meter.
