Sentricon Renewal (Every 5th Year)

Sentricon Renewal Procedure #

1. Perform the Sentricon renewal as normal. Take pictures.
2. A TAT should be done no matter what at a rate of 1 gallon per 10 linear feet. Most homes should take 18 – 35 gallons. USE A NON-REPELLANT such as Dominion 2L or Taurus SC. (ex: 280 Linear Ft = 28 gallons)
3. Any repetitive conducive conditions should be more firmly addressed.
4. An inside inspection may be needed to attic areas, wet areas, and exterior walls.

If you cannot complete the full TAT, reschedule the full job.
