Office or manager should quote most pretreats. Builder should be issued closing packet info.
Pest Treatment Pricing #
- Pest-tubes: 29.0 – 39.0 cents per sq. ft. depending upon the job.
- Service: Quarterly after move-in for around $115 – $125 per quarter.
- Pest-tube + Borate: To include a borate treatment for termites on the job, add 5.0 cents per sq. ft. to the pest tube cost. Performed at the same time so we save trip cost.
- Borate Standalone: 12.0 cents per sq. ft. Go 2 ft up. 25.0 – 35.0 cents per sq. ft. to go to 8 or 10 ft ceiling.
- Liquid pretreat: 8.0 cents per sq. ft. (this is the current rate in MS I believe).
- Taurus sc product upgrade: 20 – 25.0 cents per sq. ft.
- Small Additions: Use Taurus. $195 – $250 trip charge. Graph area.
- Mosquito misting system: 25 nozzle system in the backyard.
- Aftermarket price: $3,400 usually. Much more expensive.
- Installed before move-in price: $2,750.00.
- Maintenance: Quarterly at $225 – $250 per quarter.
- Sentricon Termite Baiting System: $500 per home under 3,000 sq. ft. if we did pretreat or borate. Installed after final grade is met.
Additions – Important Notes #
- Be sure to have a great graph.
- Contact owner and give a quote to put the whole building under contract.
- Try to sell pest control.
