- Maintenance: $225 – $250 per quarter for refills and inspections. Include exterior pest for approx. $300 per quarter (combo).
- Try to get a two-year service agreement instead of one year.
- Design system to be in a circle if possible to help with PSI circulation.
- Mosquito misting quotes must be approved by MGT.
