Applying Military and Senior Discounts #
To apply a military or senior discount to a customer’s account, contact the Accounting Department for assistance with adding the discount.
Verifying Existing Discounts #
To determine whether a discount has already been applied, review the customer’s subscription details. Any active discount will be reflected there.
Account Manager Sales & Additional Discounts #
If the sale was completed by an Account Manager, additional discounts may require Account Manager approval. Customers may have already received an initial discount at the time of sale.
Customer Service Discounts #
Managers may approve customer service discounts on a case-by-case basis. For approval or guidance, contact the Accounting Department or the Customer Service Manager.
