Recurring Jobs #

Get credit card on convenience billing and charge on the first of each month automatically. If not, get card on file so we charge after each service.

Large initial jobs over $750 #

Collect check on initial job. Set up credit card on convenience billing after if recurring.

Large One-Time Jobs: #

  1. 3-month arrow plan: 50% down. 25% after 30 days. Last 25% after 30 days.
  2. 6-month arrow plan: 50% down. 10% over the next 5 months. Collect credit card.

REPS will get paid in month 1, but they are subject to chargeback on these jobs and will have to make collection calls if the homeowner’s card expires or defaults.

Wisetack #

Qualify client. Go in with a finance close in mind for 12 months+ and have a cash discount or the 3-month plan ready.

Note: Go in and offer these plans or pre-qualify the client to see if they are interested in a payment plan or doing all upfront. Go in with a payment plan in mind, and then offer a “cash discount” if they can do it. If Arrow is financing 3 – 6 months, it is imperative that we get 50% down to cover most material, subcontractor, and commission costs.
