Prime Bi-Monthly Cost for Active Rodents #
Prime bi-monthly cost for active rodents: $100 – $120 per service. (up to 3,000 sq. ft.)
Inform the client we can help them and offer many services for rodents, but we can go ahead and get them started with a basic trapping program that guarantees for rodents.
Active Rodent Initial Visit #
Glue boards, minor exclusion, minor propel, minor snap traps (up to the tech). Can include minimal use of propel (up to tech) and ground level exclusion (up to 3 holes no bigger than a tennis ball). Also includes Prime Pest Control if sold with Prime. Technician needs time to inspect and also quote other services while there.
Tech Notes #
Be specific for the tech notes. If tech upsells anything, they need to call into the office with the details and can’t just put it on the paperwork since we will be out there again in a few days.

Rodent Facts for the Sale #
Rodents urinate multiple times per day. They carry many diseases such as hantavirus and salmonella (food poisoning). Mice or rats can drop around 50 droppings per day on average. Mice forage about 30 feet or so from their nest. Rats forage up to 100 yards from their nest.
Exclusion, ongoing baiting/RBS, and ongoing monthly Pro-pell programs are sold in the field, not over the phone.
If the client has previously had a propel program, we can reinstate the program at the previous price or a minimum of $65 per month.
The Rodent Threat #
Chew wires, cause fires, spread diseases, cause damage to home, noisy, smell, etc.
We don’t like baiting due to the probability of rodents dying in the walls.
Pro-Tip #
Do not mix baits, lures, and repellents in the same exact area. Repellents may cancel each other out. Arrow’s Glue Traps: Come presented to lure in rodents and be more effective. Actual peanut butter on traps deactivates the glue.
