- Active Termites? Send the account manager if you think it is a colony infestation or damage is involved. If you think it is only swarmers, you may quote it over the phone as Sentricon only or Prime + Sentricon. Include the disclaimer that if there is an active colony on the structure, additional treatment will need to be made and additional follow-ups will be necessary. The average cost for active spot treatments is an additional $250 – $350. $250 is mentioned in the proposal fine print in field routes. If AG (above ground) bait boxes are placed, then 3 follow-ups need to occur after the placement at 30-day intervals each per regulations.
