Learn how to efficiently manage your Google Local Services leads by accessing call recordings and updating customer notes. This guide helps you keep your business records organized by tracking interactions and service updates effectively.
Lead Identification #
1. Navigate to https://ads.google.com/u/2/localservices/inbox?cid=2141266460&bid=2519174540&pid=2523308901&euid=2548497554&hl=en&gl=US

2. Select “Active” from lead status filter. This will help remove leads that have already been reviewed.

3. Select a lead to review, starting with leads that have the “charged” status. Do not review leads that are still marked as “In Review.”

4. Click “SHOW RECORDING” to view lead details and history. Listen to the call for information, and note how long the call is. Short calls (under 60 seconds) are not likely to have led to an appointment.

CRM Lead Verification #
5. Switch to the FieldRoutes “Customers” tab.
6. Search for and select the customer record using phone number “2257150195”. shown in the LSA account. This is the fastest way to identify a lead. Keep in mind, the number they’re calling from may not be the number associated with their account. If nothing shows up, try typing the name or address they provide in the call recording.

7. Select the “Leads” sub-tab within customer record. This will show you if an open lead exists for the person.

8. Click the relevant lead entry to open details. Make sure the date of the call matches the estimate provided.

9. Navigate to the “Notes” tab to find additional information.

10. Review call summary note for service details. In this example, while no appointment was set, an estimate was sent to the lead.

Lead Status Update #
11. Switch back to the Google Ads lead page.
12. Provide relevant notes, but do not enter contact information. Type “Termite service. Sent estimate.” into the notes field.

13. Click “MARK BOOKED” to update status.

14. While this person didn’t have an in person appointment setup, they are still considered a valid lead as an estimate was sent. In this case, mark the lead as “already completed.” If the lead has an appointment scheduled in Field Routes, set it as upcoming and select the date of their appointment. Click “SAVE” to confirm the booking status.
