Lead Entry Process #

Ask the customer what type of problem they are having. Qualify the customer to see if it is something you can sell from the office.

Steps to Entering a Lead: #

  1. New customer tab at the top of the screen. Information needed for a lead – name, address, phone number, email address, division, and source. How did the customer hear about Arrow?
  2. Save the information. Next, you will click the lead at the top. Click the plus sign in the upper right corner to add a Service Type Lead. Never use Service Plan Lead.
  3. Select sales rep. Select source. Select the correct estimate. See estimate types below. Save then schedule for an account manager to go out to complete the estimate.
  4. Estimate types:
    • Estimate, fences, or gutters (Arrow Exterior) – In Baton Rouge, these are to be scheduled on Tim or Shane. In New Orleans, these can be scheduled on Justin, Sean, or Joey.
    • Estimate pest control – a pest control issue that cannot be quoted over the phone (bed bugs, pantry pest, stinging insects, commercial properties, houses over 3000 sf).
    • Estimate termite control – a termite issue that has active termites, possible damage, drywood termites, houses over 3000 sf, commercial properties.
    • Estimate TAP – Thermal Acoustic Pest Control Insulation.
    • Estimate Rodent – for issues with mice, rats, squirrels, and other wildlife.
    • Estimates can be scheduled on Joe Lewis, Marc Fogos, Tim, or Shane for the BR area.
    • Sean and Joey for the New Orleans and Slidell area. Justin for Gulf Coast Mississippi.
