Policy:  Each time a change is made to a customer’s account, a note should be left in the customer card by the representative. 

Appointment Notes Policy:  All Appointment types below should follow the examples of the below notes to ensure the technician is prepared to assist our customers.

Your appointment will start with an inspection for pests, pest conducive areas, and entry points on the inside and or outside of your home. Arrow will formulate a individualized treatment plan based on the inspection and conclude the treatment with a sweep down of exterior eves.
General Pest ControlConfirmed time range if any given. Specific notes for inside service. Specific notes for specific covered pest indoors/outdoors. Any specific notes regarding property for gate code, pets, gardens, etc.     Duration:  Standard- 30 mins, allow more time if customer needs GPC plus specific indoor/outdoor service.General Pest control covers: Ants, spiders, earwigs, silverfish, and American roaches.  Your appointment will start with an inspection for pests, pest conducive areas, and entry points on the inside and or outside of your home. Arrow will formulate a individualized treatment plan based on the inspection and conclude the treatment with a sweep down of exterior eves.
Initial Pest Control (Prime or GPC)Confirmed time range if any given. Specific notes for inside service. Specific notes for specific covered pest indoors/outdoors. Any specific notes regarding property for gate code, pets, gardens, etc.   Duration: Standard- 75 mins, allow more time if customer needs GPC plus specific indoor/outdoor service.Thank you for choosing Arrow!  During your initial appointment, your technician will perform a visual inspection both indoors and outdoors.  The technician will be inspecting for pests, pest conducive areas, and entry points.  Multiple products will be used during the service that are all low or no odor.  Your technician’s applications along with their integrated pest management strategies will protect and prevent pest in your home.  It is common to see a small influx of pest activity in the days following treatment.  Your satisfaction is our guarantee.  Please contact us if you have any further needs.

Any specific notes regarding property for gate code, pets, gardens, etc.    **MUST HAVE TARGET ISSUE SELECTED**    Duration- Standard- 30 mins  During your appointment, the technician will address the (target pest) with an application and also integrated pest management techniques.  Are there any other pest or areas of concern you would like the technician to review while he is out there?
Rodent BoxConfirmed time range if any given. Number of rodent boxes to check/location. Number of months to check if not ongoing.  Any specific notes regarding property for gate code, pets, gardens, etc.    Duration- Standard- 30 mins. If more than 10 boxes, allow more time.  The Arrow technician will perform a visual inspection of the area and check all rodent boxes.  Rodent boxes are regulated to bec check at minimum once per month. The technician may keep the boxes in the same place or modify the position in order to best suit your needs.
Rodent RepellantConfirmed time range if any given. Number of months to check if not ongoing.  Any specific notes regarding property for gate code, pets, gardens, etc.    Duration- Standard- 30 mins.The Arrow technician will perform a visual inspection of the area and apply a continuous barrier around the base of the structure. In addition, the technician will treat the exterior and any rodent access points.

Termite Services 
Termite Annual/Semi-Annual Monitoring Confirmed time range if any given. Damage Warranty Info/Amount. History of past termite claim/damage. History of conducive conditions. Any specific notes regarding property for gate code, pest, gardens, etc.   Duration- Standard- 20 mins for all homes under 3,000 sq feet.  Add 15 mins for crawl home, 1-3 hours for commercial propertiesThe Arrow technician will need access to the entire perimeter of your home and perform a visual inspection.  According to the terms of your contract, your inspection covers a warranty for both native and Formosan termites.  Since they are attracted to moisture, the technician will be inspecting for moisture causing conditions as well as the presence of termites.
Perimeter Confirmed time range if any given. Damage Warranty Info/Amount. Any specific notes regarding property for gate code, pets, gardens etc., Any notes on conversations with customer for PC or Sentricon upgrade   Duration: Standard- 75 mins for all homes under 3,000 sq feet.  The Arrow technician will perform a visual inspection of the perimeter of the home to ensure there are no moisture issues or evidence of termites. The technician will create a trench around the home to form a continuous barrier around the exterior so that termites will be eliminated before reaching the structure.  If you have any pest control concerns, speak with you technician regarding pest you are seeing and the technician can provide a pest control quote at the time of the service.
Sentricon Annual/Semi- Annual Renewal Station count is required for all Sentricon renewals. Confirmed time range if any given. Damage Warranty Info/Amount. History of past termite claim/damage. History of conducive conditions. Any specific notes regarding property for gate code, pest, gardens, etc.   Duration: Standard- 45 mins under 40 stations. Over 40 stations is 1 min per station.The Arrow technician will perform a visual inspection of the perimeter of the home to ensure there are no moisture issues or evidence of termites. In addition to the inspection, the technician will also inspect each bait station to ensure quality of the bait is correct and the station is free of termites.
Service Call (Termite or Baiting) Confirmed time range if any given. Specific notes on site of stations to review or revisit to liquid renewal reason.  Any specific notes regarding property for gate code, pest, gardens, etc.   Standard- 30 mins  During your appointment, the technician will address the (target issue). While the technician is at your property, are there any other issues or pest related activity you would like the technician to review?
Station Pickup Must have station count and reason for station pickup listed/any renewal fees to keep renewal if a NHO.  Confirmed time range if any given.    Duration- Standard- 30 mins.We are sorry to see your service terminated.  While the technician is out there, they will need access to all of your property to retrieve each station.  This is a requirement of the baiting manufacturer in order for national reporting.  Please let us know if you have any further pest or termite needs in the future.
