Active Rodents? (90 minutes) #
Office or field. Sell Prime. Ask if the client is interested in our sanitation, insulation removal, insulation installation (TAP), and exclusion services. If so, sell the Prime and send an account manager out to quote the other higher dollar services.
Prime Active Rodent Sale Structure: #
Initial: $295 – $395. Initial + 3 follow-ups included. Service may include glue boards, lures, snap traps, propel, etc. Recommend sanitation and deodorization ULV fog on the last trip in the attic for $195. Send an experienced rodent tech to do a good initial inspection and upsell exclusions.
Follow-ups: #
This should include 3 follow-ups spaced at 3-4 day intervals to check and replace traps. Additional follow-ups are $60 each. With Prime, after the initial rodent + follow-ups, the home will stay on an every other month schedule with our rodent guarantee.
Exclusion Service: #
With Prime, 3 tennis ball size holes are included. Other exclusion must be sold in the field.
- Other: $125-$150/hr plus materials. Materials are commonly $50 – $175. Ground level weepholes $195-$300 commonly for 15 – 60 weep holes. Charge more for extensive ladder work.
- Account Manager: Consult technician or management for any extensive attic work and ladder work before quoting.
Attic Sanitation and Deodorization: #
Any attic with rodent evidence should have sanitation quoted at the end of the job.
- Pricing: $195 – $350. $195 = add-on to program. $250 – $350 = 2 attic entrances or one-time treat.
Rodent Repellant: #
Lasts 30 – 45 days.
- ULV Attic Treatment: $195 – $350. (Flush the attic then return 10-15 days later to do sanitation and put out glue boards in the attic and exclude all holes from exterior. Glue boards not necessary but it gives peace of mind.)
- Exterior Monthly: $75 – $95 after initial infestation. Has rodent guarantee (interior).
Monthly Rodent Boxes: #
Rodent Boxes: $30/station. $55 monthly for up to 4 boxes. Offer propel first if possible.
- Added to a Pest Program? Charge $30 per box. Add $5-10 per box monitoring fee on top of PC.
