Soil treatment or wood borate treatment during construction. Comes automatically with a damage warranty.
New Homes Contract (Louisiana Specific) #
We may have done a supplemental soil or borate treatment during construction, but a new homes treatment requires a full baiting system or a full liquid job. This applies to any home less than 1 year old. A damage warranty is given between $25,000 – $150,000.
Liquid Post Construction #
A full liquid termite treatment that is made to an existing structure. A fully continuous barrier is placed around the foundation or piers of a structure and the bath taps are cut and treated. Any variation would need a waiver.
Sentricon – Baiting Only Contract (Louisiana Specific) #
A Sentricon Baiting Only contract means that liquid termiticide is not included in the price. However, a “TAT” treatment should be done along and documented properly along with the service. If a spot treatment is needed, then Arrow will utilize only AG boxes unless another spot treatment contract and proposal is agreed upon.
Sentricon – Spot Liquid + Baiting (in Louisiana) #
Also known as a combo contract. If “spot liquid” is included in the baiting contract, then Arrow is liable to have the baiting system in full spec, the same as a baiting only contract. The difference is that we are also required to drill the showers and cut the bath traps and treat those areas. Additionally, if a termite infestation is found, you have the option to use either liquid, foam, or AG boxes. If liquid is used, you MUST treat 10 feet in both directions from the infestation. If more treatment is needed on the outside, a “TAT” treatment can also be done on the exterior and labeled as such.
