Converting a Perimeter to Sentricon and Pest Combo: #

1. 0 – 3,000 sq. ft.: Homeowner can switch to Sentricon for $0 initial install and $0 initial pest. They must buy both.
   1. Renewal goes on convenience billing: $22 – $27 per month after install.
   2. Quarterly Pest: $29 – $35 per month after initial pest. Convenience Billing.
2. 3,000 – 5,000 sq. ft.: Charge 12.0 cents per sq. ft on the install. $25 – $29 per month renewal.
   1. Pest: quote prime pest as normal with the $100 OFF coupon.
   2. Quarterly pest would be around: $75 initial and $35 – $40 per month CB.
3. Above 5,000 sq. ft or commercial structure: set an appointment for an account manager to visit.

Converting a Perimeter to Sentricon Only: #

1. 0 – 3,000 sq. ft.: $199 – $299 install.
   1. Renewal: $24 – $27 per month of Convenience Billing at 1st of month.
2. 3,000 – 5,000 sq. ft: $399 – $799 install. Renewal: $25 – $29 per month on CB.Note: if the client expresses that they do not want to renew, it is best they stick with the liquid program.
